Privacy notice
A short, plain-language explanation of what information Hack Matrix receives, why it is used, and how you can control it.

Who is responsible
Hack Matrix is an AI automation studio operated by Vitalii Hrebennikov. For data questions, contact us through the website form, Telegram @vito_dve_puli, or LinkedIn.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, phone number, process description, selected country, and site language. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive technical information about visits and interactions on the site.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply, understand your task, and prepare a proposal. Analytics is used only to improve the site and understand which sections are useful to visitors.
Our basis for processing
We process enquiry data when it is needed to respond to your request and discuss a possible project. Analytics runs only after you grant consent in the site banner; you can withdraw it by clearing site settings or declining analytics when the banner appears again.
Where and how long we keep it
Enquiries are stored in a protected working database and used only for as long as needed to respond and reasonably follow up. Analytics data is processed by Google according to the relevant service settings.
Who may receive it
Only Vitalii Hrebennikov and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site, enquiry database, and notifications. We do not sell personal data or use it for bulk marketing mailings.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, or withdraw analytics consent. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also have data portability rights and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
